“Limitless Self” is an 8-week online program to help you overcome your inner limitations, and tap into your infinite potential. You are already a powerful woman who is already skillfully navigating your life, and juggling all that life is handing to you: career, family, relationships, education, and maintaining a home. All of that juggling and managing leaves most of us exhausted and worn out, and as a society we decided that spending time taking care of yourself was NOT a priority.
In “Limitless Self” we bring the power of the Daring To Rest Yoga Nidra(™) to provide you with the foundation for exploring sleep, dreams, and awakening, as well as exploring your unconscious blocks to living a limitless life.
It has been said that 45 minutes of this supremely relaxing practice
feels like 3 hours of sleep in your body.

During this 8 week journey, we will meet on zoom every Monday at 2.30 - 3.30 pm (Eastern US Time)
All sessions will be recorded and made available to you
First call on Monday, December 13 at 2.30 pm EST
You will learn the three phases of Rest, Release and Rise.
You will receive an email every Sunday with instructions for the following week, and you can bring any questions you might have to our live call on Monday. As well as any question on what might have shown up for you during the previous week's meditations.You will learn the three phases of Rest, Release and Rise.
Karin is a licensed Shadow Work coach, group facilitator and trainer. She is also a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neurolinguistic Programming, as well as a Yoga Nidra instructor.
Karin brings her vast experiential knowledge of Shadow Work and NLP to create a safe, nurturing space in which her clients can access deep healing and transformation. She is motivated to empower people to overcome fears, make lasting changes and create a positive impact in their lives.
