Dare to Rest: Awaken to Yourself and Dream Big is a 8 week online sleep-based meditation program for women to help you sleep better, set clear intentions, and identify big dreams for your life.

Yoga nidra, known as yogic sleep, provides the foundation for exploring sleep, dreams, and awakening. It has been said that 45 minutes of this supremely relaxing practice feels like 3 hours of sleep in your body.

In Dare to Rest: Awaken to Yourself and Dream Big we’ll be using Karen Brody’s  Daring to Rest program to learn how to get quiet, breaking the cycle of fatigue, and tune into the amazing visions that rise out of rest.

The reason I love Yoga Nidra is that it has allowed me to take the transformational power of working with my shadows to another level - and while sleeping!

For so long, we’ve been told that rest is weak, lazy and unproductive. We’ve been shamed to not rest, forgotten how to rest, and how to make space for rest. And as a consequence of years of built-up fatigue and nervous system overload, guess what? We stop dreaming – nighttime dreams, waking dreams and those big goal-oriented dreams vanish. The good news is that when you dare to rest, and especially with a sisterhood of women, you make space for these big dreams to return.

In 8 weeks, we’ll provide you with the support to start getting the best deep sleep of your life with yoga nidra, let go of what’s feeding the fatigue, calm your inner child, identify your intentions, call forth wise guides and whispers from your inner world, recover your dreams, and remember how to dream big again; but this time from a rested place.

Yoga Nidra invited us to make rest a way of life, so we can live more fully and empowered when we are awake.

You’ll need:

  • A space to rest. This could be a bed, couch, floor, chair, outside in nature if it’s warm, or really anywhere.

Meet Your Host


Karin Green

Karin is a licensed Shadow Work coach, group facilitator and trainer. She is also a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neurolinguistic Programming, as well as a Yoga Nidra instructor.  

Karin brings her vast experiential knowledge of Shadow Work and NLP to create a safe, nurturing space in which her clients can access deep healing and transformation. She is motivated to empower people to overcome fears, make lasting changes and create a positive impact in their lives.
